Framed etching on paper, "Westminster Palace, London," with decorated margins, pencil signed lower right center Felix Buhot (Felix-Hilaire Buhot, French, 1847-1898), red owl monogram stamp at lower center, sheet secured in worn mat, evidence of insect predation, sight: approx 12.75"h, 17"w, overall: 21"h, 25.25"w, 6.75lbs
1.16.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3088-I am not an expert on such works, so have taken multiple images for your review, the work is NOT framed, it is currently affixed to a mat, I am unable to view the back, the mat shows damage and loss at the upper right and lower corners, I am unsure if the piece is affixed to the backing, careful visual and UV light examinations reveal an area of fluorescence noted to upper margin a the center right, I am unsure what this is, I further note the mentioned evidence of insect damage, with pinpoint to slightly larger size holes to paper scattered about margins and decorated areas, I have used a pen for a size reference to illustrate some of them, otherwise I note only some overall toning, foxing, and general light wear
