05-26-2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 2206- the cabinet remains in stable and sturdy structural condition, the stone top presents with light inherent imperfections consistent with the nature of the material, including typical sparse minute chipping concentrated along the rear edge, the right tip/corner of the marble has been professionally repaired and reinforced, the case is overall intact with doors operating smoothly, the glass panels appear free of chips or cracks, there are a few typical scattered nicks, minor wood losses, light rubs, and tonal variations throughout the case, including a very minor veneer loss at the lower right rear corner near the floor and another to the edge of one interior shelf on the left side, the metal mounts are present throughout exhibiting expected mellowing, light surface wear, and gentle rubbing, overall the cabinet presents well with warm and contrasting tonal wood inlay and veneers, all observed wear and imperfections appear commensurate with age, display
