9.26.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3112-The table stands sturdy, the lower shelf is securely attached, the table top surface shows some inherent knots and wood imperfections, small scattered losses to finish and some minor small nicks, wood frame exhibits only light and minor wear, bronze mounts are intact and present throughout, I observe some mellowing, spotting, rubs and patination, I do not know if any small nails have been replaced, the drawer slides well and is on the interior, there is a small amount of wear at keyhole/escutcheon, wheels operate however would likely benefit from an oiling to facilitate smoother movement, I am not an expert on such pieces so have taken numerous high resolution images for your review **Provenance: the contents of the prominent San Antonio Holt Family's Terrell Hills home**
