Continental parcel-gilt porcelain figural group, Cupid and Psyche, attributed to Meissen, model 2402, original design by Johnaan Joachim Kaendler (German, 1706-1775) for Meissen, mid 18th c., modeled as a winged cherub and a draped putti embracing, on naturalistic base with applied flower blossoms, faint incised mark underfoot, one figure lacking wings, approx 6.75"h, 6"w, 3.5"d, 1lb **Provenance: From the inventory of a retired Houston antiques dealer** 8.27.26- In my opinion regarding LOT : 118- please note, I am not an expert on such figures, so have taken numerous images for your review, the group is overall intact, a careful UV light and visual examination, reveals only restoration to a few fingers and toes, with some abrasions and light chipping as well, typical small breaks to leaves and petals, along with some roughness to protruding elements, one figure may have had wings at one point as there is a small spot at back, see images, there is scattered pitting, glaze imperfections, wear and sticker residue underfoot with a firing flaw/ break underfoot, all as commensurate with age, handling and display
