02.09.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1418 – the plaque was examined in frame, it was not removed from the frame, I am only able to speak to the condition of the visible plaque, a UV light examination of visible plaque reveals no evidence of restoration or repair, I observe only some light rubs and minor wear to decoration, inherent pitting and texture  and light spotting, the mat shows scattered picks, frame securely holds the plaque, I note some nicks and wear to frame edges
