CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1252- the work was not examined out of frame, I do not know how or if it is mounted, as listed by the cataloger the sheet appears to have a small tears at the upper right corner and lower corners, there is some scattered light paint flakes, all currently stable as protected by glass, the frame exhibits some light wear to finish, there is chipping to finish/small loss at lower left corner and edges
