French Art Deco marble-top server, c.1930s-1940s, framed flat mirror plate with stepped surround, drawer over double-door cabinet with chromed metal hardware, on conforming plinth, approx 54.75"h, 53.5"w, 17.25"d

10.28.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1203- please refer to online images for full views of the sideboard, as the sale is still being set up and the mirror is not yet installed, the mirror plate appears free of chips or cracks with only light hazing and minor spotting to the silvering near the perimeter, light surface wear and a small scratch are noted to the chromed trim at center, the marble top is intact with typical minor fill and stabilization to the stone and faint roughness or chipping along the edges, the case stands sturdy, exhibiting tonal variation and scattered imperfections including small edge nicks and minute veneer losses primarily along the lower case, one noted at the left foot and edge, please see images, a fine line or blemish is present at the right door, and light overall general slight wear throughout, drawers and doors operate smoothly, interiors show gentle use with expected surface wear, the interior base panel is stable and sturdy, however displays loss and a line of lifting to the lower layer particularly at the left side, this does not affect the structural integrity of the piece, all wear and variations consistent with 1930s/140 age, material, and use
