07.01.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 1125- the piece is overall sturdy and stable, the mirror is intact exhibiting heavy spotting and some silver loss, the marble top has typical edge roughness/minute chipping, light surface wear and isolated fills and stabilization, the right front corner remains intact with a small chip, the case is nicely carved with incised floral decoration remains crisp and well defined, I note some tonal variation, scattered nicks, rubs and finish wear throughout, there is evidence of old inactive woodworm as consistent with its age and origin, the drawers and cabinet doors operate smoothly, the interiors exhibit light expected wear, the interior shelf is stable, please refer to online images for full views of side panels as I am unable to fully access them, overall in my opinion, all mentioned commensurate with age, origin and use
