02.07.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1212: As described there is a reinforced fracture located at the left side edge of the marble top, as well as having fill to chips along fracture, I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble exhibits inherent natural inclusions and smooth, minor old chips to edges, the drawers currently operate smoothly, as do the cabinet doors, and the interior shelves appear sturdy, I observe light spotting to the rounded side shelves, and a couple spots of minor splits to the wood, there is light typical surface wear such as minor abrasions, and rubs to backsplash carved elements
