08.10.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3076- as described, in our opinion, the cabinet is late 18^th/ early 19thc., it is described with some expected restorations consistent with age, use and its rustic nature, the top may be slightly bowed with age as it was described as slightly lifting, this is not readily apparent to me, so I have taken numerous images for your review, the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the top and case are with spotting, tonal variation, some old stable wood splits/ and seams, imperfections, small wood losses, minor scattered evidence of old wood worm, small repairs and restorations, drawers and cabinet doors operate smoothly, interiors show wear, shelving is stable, all consistent with age, origin, and use, I am unable to view side panels, please refer to online images
