French brass and glass carriage clock with alarm, early 20th c., Duverdrey and Bloquel, having hinged handle, above glazed case centering white dial, with Arabic hour markers, above alarm clock dial, lion-form maker's mark and initials PR FA at back, loss to glass at right side corner, loss to dial at upper corners, not currently operational, approx 4.5"h, 3.25"w, 2.5"d, 2lbs **Provenance: The lifetime collection of Lynn Roth Jordan (Louisiana, Texas, 1943-2021). CR 12.4.25- As mentioned in the catalog description, the clock is not currently operational, though it winds with relative ease, the movement does not respond to winding, the adjustment arms for the dial and alarm both work as intended, as mentioned there is a small loss to the glass at the upper corner of the right side, as well as yellowing and loss to the dial at both upper corners which are partially concealed by the brass case, as with all of our antique clocks, this piece would likely benefit from a professional adjustment and a thorough cleaning of the movement
