06.01.2026-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3104- the commode is in sturdy and stable condition, the top shows some marks, ring stains, a small filled repair at front left corner and wear to finish, overall there is tonal variation, small nicks, imperfections/blemishes and a few scattered veneer losses, one noted to the lower drawer separator, see images,  drawers slide well, they are lined in a later material, please refer to online images for views of side panels and I am not able to access at this time, the commode exhibits some wear and loss commensurate with age and use
