09/24/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 2344: I note that the table is structurally sturdy, the tabletop having slight seam separation that appears to remain stable, a couple of seams with minute lifting along the seam but is overall minor, I observe a stable split with filled reinforcement extending from the edge of top, the drawers operate smoothly, and I observe minor evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin seemingly contained to the base, there is typical scattered surface wear, mostly appearing at the tabletop, such as abrasions, most of them being minor, nicks, and small chips, some with filled concealment, additionally I observe a few small patch repairs such as a small sliver at the edge of top, and a rectangular patch at the edge of one of the feet, described wear is commensurate with use and 19th century origin
