01.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1660: I note that the bookcase is presently intact and structurally sturdy, there is patination of metal elements, and minute veneer chips and lifting along the upper edge of front facade, as well as minor splits, there is minor lifting to the central metal trim, I observe a reinforcement of sealant around the panes of the interior of the left side door which are lightly visible from the door exterior, all glass is currently intact and I do not presently observe fractures or chips, additionally I observe minute evidence of old woodworm at the central region of doors, I note light surface wear such as abrasions, concentrated to the corner edges, commensurate with age and use<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
