1.22.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3159-Please find your requested images attached, the marble top is intact with typical consistent small chips and nicks noted along the edges, and a small chip at back right corner, I further note some light spotting and discoloration to marble, the wood case exhibits tonal variation, fading and light spotting, it would possibly benefit from being waxed, there are some small nicks and minor wood wear, mostly noted at case edges, drawers and doors operate correctly and show some spotting and staining to interiors, metal mounts appear present and intact throughout with some mellowing, inherent pitting and light wear
