8.24.24-LOT 1387: I note that the armoire is presently intact and structurally sturdy, as described there are areas of minor veneer losses/ chips (see images), the beveled mirror plate is intact and securely encased within framing, having minute silver loss and spotting, and being free from currently observed fractures and chips, the interior shelves appear sturdy, and the central interior drawers open smoothly, the marquetry is well-preserved and is free from observed inlay losses, there is visible glue reinforcement to one of the front legs on the left-hand side (see image), and typical light surface wear such as finish wear with tonal variations (see images), as well as minor chips and abrasions commensurate with age and use
