2.7.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1217-The mirror is currently hung on the wall, please refer to online images for a photo of the back, the frame retains remnants of gilding along with a gray painted inner rim, flat mirror plate shows some spotting and minor silver loss, primarily concentrated to upper center/ right and mid center see images, plate is intact with no chips or cracks, painted surfaces show some rubs, visible seems, and nicks to wood frame, see images, there is a small possible repair along rear right edge, see image, all commensurate with age and use
