9.2.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3191-The structure stands sturdy, the beveled mirror plate is intact with no apparent chips or cracks, I do note some scattered spotting and light hazing to the mirror plate, bench seat hinges are securely attached and operate smoothly, there is a small, very minor wood loss along the left side of bench seat, the patina is warm and varies throughout, there is some spotting and light wood wear, I note some minor evidence of old woodworm, hooks or securely attached, with the center leftmost hook being very slightly loose, no major loss observed all as commensurate with origin, age and use
