10.24.24-I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the upper and lower shelves having tonal variations from light discoloration and fading, the upper shelf with minor water rings, there are some typical minor splits to the crest spires and the tracery but remaining stable, both carved elements being overall well-preserved and are free from observed losses at this time, the drawers operate smoothly, and the marble top has some typical minute chips to the edge commensurate with age and use
