02.12.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1215: I note that the cupboard is currently intact and structurally sturdy, both of the frontal cabinet doors exhibit a split near the escutcheon, one being apparently reinforced, the top panel exhibits some minor seam separation near the trim which appears to be lightly reinforced, the drawers operate smoothly and the cabinet doors close securely, I observe inherent tonal variation throughout the wood, and minute surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks, mostly contained to the lower shelf panel
