11.6.23-LOT – 1404- The structure currently stands sturdy, drawers and doors operate correctly, door glass appears free of any apparent chips or cracks, the marble top shows some tape residue that can easily be removed, some typical and small minor very small chips along edges, with one noted at back edge, and roughness along molded edges, the wood rim beneath the marble top shows a wood loss as pictured, this is not readily apparent in standing over the piece, however I have taken a photo for your review looking upward, there’s further some small loss to that platform at center case,inner drawers retain old liner that is quite worn and stained, the center base is open with no shelving present, faux, marble side shelves, are present, however, the upper shelves do wobble, or lean forward when pushed upon at the front, see images, all mentioned commensurate with the age and use of the cabinet
