11.3.23, 8:52 am: In my opinion regarding LOT – 143: I note that the clock is presently intact with patination/oxidation to mounted metal elements, I observe a small area of paint touch up to both narrow sides (see images), and the panel door to access the interior is attached but the hinge appears worn and loose, currently the time is starting and spontaneously stopping and could need a cleaning, the bell striker operates continuously and doesn’t stop <br><br>
