11.19.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 1102: I note that all chairs stand sturdy and appear structurally secure throughout, the caning is overall well-preserved and remains securely bound to the perimeter of seats, having typical light tonal variations, with a few spots of minute splintering near the edges, one chair with a minute segment of loss at the edge, one with a singular segment of minute lifting (see images), none of the minute spots of wear described posing a risk of instability, caning is otherwise free from notable losses, the wood frames with typical light surface wear such as minor abrasions and tonal variations of the finish commensurate with age and use, and I observe sparse, minute evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin
