06/26/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 1123- the table is overall intact, it is slightly wobbly, which may be inherent to its construction, the small wheels would likely benefit from WD40, each wood surfaces shows evidence of use with scattered abrasions, some marks, stains, small impressions and nicks, the lowest tier does exhibit a line of bubbled/raised veneer,  it appears stable at this time, the metal frame shows Verde patination, some rubs, and wear, overall the table is intact with some wear and small losses commensurate with its age and use
