9.23.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2414-Please pardon the white glare of the overhead lighting, the structure is intact, the case displays some natural wood characteristics with knots, and imperfections, the top shows some surface wear and light mars, sides are intact with seam, drawer slide well, interiors show light wear and spotting, and accompanying key operates the locks, I note only some tonal variation, light wood wear, there is a small abrasion at the second drawer trim (below the escutcheon), lowest escutcheon appears a bit irregular, see image, no major loss observed all mentioned commensurate with age and use
