2.22.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1421-The flat mirror plate is intact with some light hazing and spotting, minor and noted mostly at the top (difficult to photo), there are no chips or cracks observed, there is some overall rubs, and wear to painted surfaces, some typical touchups, small losses, with exposed gesso, floral flourish at bottom frame may be repaired, I am unsure, so have taken numerous images for your review, the mirror exhibits wear and some touchups commensurate with age
