9.15.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 765- the case is sturdy and drawer slide appropriately, interior drawers could  use a good cleaning, the marble top fits, however seems to be a bit small, there is a slight gap on either side, see images, the top shows typical minute chipping along the back edge, some discoloration and light abrasions, as described side panels show fill to old splits, case is with only minimal wood wear and abrasions
