4.8.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2237-The structure is sturdy and does retain a key that operates all drawers, the top drawer would likely benefit from a good waxing to facilitate a bit smoother movement, all others slide easily, the marble top is intact, with only some typical minute chipping/roughness along the back edge, and a small area of color variation at center, the case exhibits only light tonal, variation, some minor small nicks, and light wood wear, all commensurate with age and use, I am unable to fully view side panels please refer to online images
