07.03.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 4474: As described there is separation at the side panels, as well as minor splits, and additional seam separation at the front right foot, but the commode remains structurally sturdy, I note that the commode is presently intact, with the marble having inherent natural inclusions and variations to the stone, as well as a hairline extending from the central region of the front edge, and typical minor chipping to the unfinished back edge, the drawers currently operate smoothly, being a lightly stick when closing, the drop-front at the top also operates smoothly, as do the interior drawers, the inset writing surface has air bubbles under the material, and I observe typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and a few small veneer chips
