10.9.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 805- The structure is sturdy, as described, the marble to has a chip/missing corner at the back right corner, see images, I further observe some typical small chipping along edges and back, the case is sturdy with some tonal variation, nicks and light wood wear, side panels show seams/some separation, the hardware has been replaced and handles show small hole at center where pulls/knobs were at one time, interior drawers are lined, so I am unable to view the bottoms, drawers slide appropriately and well
