11.27.23, 10:38 am: In my opinion regarding LOT – 309: I note that the commode and marble top are presently intact and structurally sound, the marble exhibits inherent natural inclusions and fissures, including one on the righthand side that is visible from the underside of the slab, as well as typical minor chipping to the unfinished back edge, there are visible seams/splits along the top edge of the commode, and a restoration to the upper right corner, the drawer second from the top has some loss with fill around the escutcheon, and several of the drawers have some minor veneer loss at the edges commensurate with use, including some with paint touch ups, I observe some minute evidence of old woodworm concentrated at the foot, and typical surface wear such as light abrasions, scuffs, and chips
