11.27.23--In my opinion regarding LOT: 311-The structure is sturdy, the marble top displays some typical light chips along the back edge and some abrasions, I note some spotting/imperfections to stone, see images, the case is overall intact with some very small areas of veneer loss, small wood wear and tonal variation, all as commensurate with age and use, drawers slide appropriately, however, could use a waxing to facilitate even smoother movement, hardware has been replaced, upper and lower drawers are lacking interior lock mechanism, please see attached images for your review
