01.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 235: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, there are visible seams/ splits commensurate with origin concentrated on the trim above and below the cabinets, the ledge over the lower cabinetry exhibits light staining and water rings, there is patination of metal elements, and the drawers and cabinet doors operate smoothly, I observe minute evidence of old woodworm, additionally there is an area of loss to the bottom edge of the upper left side cabinet, and the lower cabinets are lacking lock hardware<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
