11.4.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1357- the mirror frame is intact with some rubs, wear, and tonal variation to the paint,  paint varies from being touched up, there are some small losses to molded gesso elements throughout, visible lines and seems with some crazing to the paint and small repairs at corners, the mirror plate is intact with no apparent chips or cracks, I note a few minor small areas of silver loss along the very bottom edge, the mirror is currently mounted to the wall, please refer to online images for a photo of the back, please see attached images for your review.
