04.15.25: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top having inherent natural inclusions and fissures, with typical minor chipping mostly contained to unfinished back edge, as well as having some areas of light discoloration, and a minute hairline extending from the center of front edge (appears entirely stable), the side panels with some narrow separation, as is typical, the drawers operating smoothly with overall well-kept/ clean interior, the case with tonal variations associated with sun fading, the lower case with some spotting and staining, I observe some typical minor splits, and minor surface wear such as small veneer chips, abrasions, and nicks commensurate with 19th century origin and use
