6.6.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3560- the structure is sturdy, the marble top is overall intact with some typical minute chips, mostly noted along the rear edge, light spotting, abrasions, and minor sticker residue, it would benefit from a gentle cleaning, the matched veneer case displays a well figured pattern, I note some tonal variation, natural wood characteristics with some knots, small filled imperfections, light wear, minor rubs and nicks, drawers slide well, the interior drawers are largely clean, the uppermost drawer has a wood loss at front right corner, drawer bottoms are all sturdy, I am unable to view the right side panel, please refer to online images, the left side panel has a variation in color at upper rear back edge, see image, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
