CR 8.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2180: I note that the sideboard is structurally sturdy, drawers open without resistance and the interior of cabinets are overall well-kept with the shelves appearing sturdy. I observe slight tonal variations of the finish attributed to typical light fading and spotting commensurate with age and use, the marble top with some typical minor chipping along edges, and with inherent natural inclusions and fissures. One central natural fissure with professional stabilization, which is common and overall very minor. The wood exhibits evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, and has scattered red wax fills, most of these spots being minor and small and size, please refer to attached images. The side panels are intact with minor reinforced separation, which is also typical for furniture of this period.
