09/18/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 2353: I note that the commode is structurally sturdy, the marble top is free from observed hairlines/ fractures or evidence of restoration, having a sparse amount of typical minute edge chipping, the case overall retains a fine finish, the tone appearing to remain overall uniform/ free from notable discoloration/ fading, both side panels having separation with filled reinforcement that remains stable, drawers operate smoothly and the interiors are lined with a well-kept contact paper, I observe a minute degree of typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and nicks, and a few small chips with filled concealment commensurate with age and use
