10.31.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3339: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, with the drawers and cabinetry currently operating smoothly, the interiors remaining overall well-kept/ clean, I observe minor evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, and some typical light seam separation, some with remnants of filled stabilization, the central cabinet door with a minor glue reinforcement near the top left corner, I observe a small volume of scattered minor splits, all remaining stable, as well as tonal variation throughout from areas of minor staining and sun fading, there is typical minor surface wear such as sparse minor nicks, chips, and abrasions commensurate with age and use
