12.6.23, 9:18 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 866: I note that the secretaire is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top exhibits minor chipping to edges, including the unfinished back edge, there are some minor chips to the veneer throughout the front, and visible seams/splits, there is one area at the upper left corner of the trim located at the lower central body with minutely visible glue, there is patination of metal elements, and the drop-front and drawers currently operate smoothly, I observe some minor evidence of old woodworm, and typical light surface wear such as abrasions and scuffs<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
