CR 3.27.25-In my opinion regarding: LOT 1317: I note that the table is presently intact and structurally sturdy, having tonal variations throughout the wood, as are typical, including areas of fading and rubs to the finish, and a few later finish touch ups, I observe evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, overall there are minor splits and panel separation, both of which are common, some having filled reinforcement (see images), the drawers operating smoothly with patination of the metal pulls, I observe typical scattered surface wear, all appearing to be minor and commensurate with age and use, such as small nicks and chips, and light abrasions, some of these spots with minor filled concealment, please refer to attached images
