02.19.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1502: I note that the commode is intact, and the drawers (fitted with later hardware) operate smoothly, there is light seam separation to the trim around the drawers as well as a gap between the top edge of the drawer and the case, I observe evidence of old woodworm throughout, and patination of metal hardware, there are minor chips near edges of the drawers, some having professional fill that are remarkably seamless in most affected areas, both front feet exhibit splits and minor loss, the front right leg having slightly visible glue reinforcement of the split, and there is surface wear commensurate with age such as abrasions and minor chips, as well as a small, contained area of slight lifting to a split near the right side edge below top paneling
