08.10.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3250- the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the patina is warm and tonal exhibiting variation, carvings remain crisp and well defined with typical small chips and minor loss to protruding elements, there is light scattered evidence of old woodworm as typical of it’s origin, the flat mirror plate is free of chips or cracks, it is likely later, the metal liner fits the base well, it shows age and use with oxidation, pitting and patination, the base is stable, all commensurate with age, origin and display
