11.13.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 196- The cabinet is structurally sound, I note no there are no apparent chips or cracks to glass or interior glass shelving, I do note some small nicks and veneer losses to the case, particularly noted on the front door (very small), and the left side and bottom left side edge, see images, the marble top appears intact with some minute typical small chipping and roughness along edges, all as commensurate with age and use
