07/06/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3127- the table is in sturdy condition, it is rustic in nature, the marble top displays some typical small chips along the edges, with a few noted at back, the top shows what appears to be typical professional stabilization and fill a couple of hairlines, noted at front and, likely from the time of creation as it appears professional however I am unsure, see images, the case is in stable and sturdy condition, finish is rustic and uneven throughout, I note some rubs, nicks, and abrasions to wood, drawer is deep and slides well, all mentioned commensurate with the rustic nature of the piece
