8.11.23-LOT- 313- The sofa is in sturdy condition, the long cushion and bolster pillows do appear to have some down content, however, I am not an expert on cushions, down or fabric, I do not know the full content, they are plush and sit well in my opinion, while I do not note any apparent odors, the sofa is not new, the underside of the long cushion is clean, see image, the upholstery does display some thread worn areas, not super readily apparent, I have taken images for your review, wear and some picks to piping, there is scattered light spotting and marks throughout long cushion and bolsters, the back right corner of the long cushion is with some spots, dust and dirt, I do not note any apparent major rips or tears, the wood frame shows minimal light wood wear, I am unable to view the back, please refer to online image
