02.05.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1243- the bench is overall in stable condition, however the frame is delicate and does have give at the joints, as described the seat is lacking many segments of the beaded trim along the edge, I have taken images for your review, the frame further exhibits some small nicks, rubs and general light wear, the cushion appears free of major rips or tears, I note only a few picks, loose threads and sparse spotting
