CR 6.10.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3189- the structure is sturdy, glass panes on three sides are intact and free of noted chips, cracks, or fractures, the glass has a nice thick bevel, painted surfaces show some typical small areas of finish loss, touchups, visible gesso, and tonal variation, the festoon at front door appears to have been repaired on the left side as there is a seam, there are a few other small possible repairs as commence it with this type of ornament, see images, the interior worn fabric liner is loose in areas, I note some small spots and general wear, it would likely benefit from being replaced, the key does not operate the lock, however assists in opening the door, all mentioned very minor, in my opinion the cabinet is in overall good condition with wear commensurate with age and use
