CR 8.19.25-In my opinion regarding LOT 2104: I note that the commode stands sturdy, the veneer retaining an overall uniform tone, with some small spots of typical light fading, the drawers operate smoothly, and the patinated metal banding and drawer pulls remain securely mounted, I observe woodworm commensurate with origin, and some sparse minor surface wear, all being typical and commensurate with age and use, such as small nicks and abrasions, some small spots with filled concealment, please refer to attached images
