03.17.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 3120: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top intact with inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as typical minor chipping, and an area of pitting near the back left corner, the case having a couple of small patched repairs such as at the lower left-hand front corner post, the right side drawer pull of the lowermost drawer being slightly warped but functioning properly and remaining secure to drawer front, the side panels with typical minor separation, and the drawers operating smoothly, I observe typical minor surface wear such as minor abrasions, scuffs, and small veneer chips commensurate with age and use
